Bardin finding Karak Zorn. I know that Fatshark probably doesn’t have the license to create that lore, and that it would mean that the U5 will have to fight greenskins, but it would be a great experience tbh.

If it was the very last expansion, it would be such a nice ending to the game’s story.

Then V3 can be an all dorf game and we get to finally see why he wanted to find that lost dwarven city in the first place.

Yeah, its more of an impossible dream tbh, but It would be cool. We have been hearing all this time about his quest to find it that I want to see and ending to it.

Karak Zorn

At least in TW Warhammer 2 you can find and settle in Karak Zorn. Would be fun, but since the (edit: possibly) last DLC will be Chaos Wastes I doubt it…maybe they could do a special Mission like “Quiet Drink”.

But I am unsure, if in Lore, Karak Zorn was ever “found” again. At least in TW Warhammer 2 the Bowelfs of Oreon are near it, so there could be Elfen-Waystones Oelsya could use for the Teleportation.

I should have wrote “possibly” last. I don´t have a citation and I´m unsure where I think I heard that, but based on speculation, next year Chaos Wastes DLC. Then FatShark still has Versus Mode and the extra Careers AND Darktide.

So basically I assumed that, while FatShark said they will continue support for Vermintide 2, all of the “big” development things like Darktide, extra Careers and Versus mode take up so much time, that Chaos Wastes might be the last (for now) DLC.

But I truly do not know.

Chaos Wastes is coming this December, actually. They said that they were going to continue to support the game for a long time. I dont think that, besides the careers, Chaos Wastes is the last DLC. They also said that there were going to be more free maps like Drachenfels.

Had given up on the December release to be honest, but maybe they will reveal it in the stream on 10. December.

Yes they promised support, but we will see if it is not to much for them. They have their hands pretty full with just VT2, I honestly don´t know how they will support DarkTide and Vermintide 2…maybe add more people to the team…someone with an actual talent for Skindesign would be nice xD

Screw that wh40k game. Not that I’m not going to try it out, but V3 is much more unique n fun for meee!

Well Darktide is basically Vermintise 40k, when we will see Gameplay (on the 10th) we may see how similar they are

Vermintide 3 should not come out before Vermintide 2 get to limited in term of engine and balance

Only if its a raid like dungeon where the whole ub5 goes together.
with its own puzzles and mechanics.

I want a Heart of Darkness/Apocalypse Now-themed Lustria campaign, involving the U5 going up river to find the lost Kurtz who went in search of a mythical Slann arifact that can be used to save the Empire from the Skaven incursions. I think the jungle, swamps, carnivorous plants, bizarre fauna, lizardmen, and the Aztec-inspired architecture of long-abandoned Slann cities would feel novel. Ultimately, I would like the U5 to find the artifact in the wreck of an ancient Old One space ship that has been swallowed by the jungle. I’m not gonna hold my breath. Maybe in VT3 if we are lucky.

Its more like “There are actually still a few Dwarfs around there”. Between Clan Mors and Skarsnik’s Greenskins I don’t think that “There are still Skaven in there.” gives the right impression for the situation.
