[Xbox] Mouse not reading at all

When I boot up darktide on my xbox I can’t skip the cutscene or click login with the mouse, I have to use my controller. Then, when I get into the game, my keyboard works perfectly but my mouse doesn’t read at all. It appears but its stuck in the top left corner of the screen

Hi Inimaesi, we have a couple of questions:

  • Has it worked before with the same setup? (Same mouse)
    • If yes, when was the last time you remember it working?
  • Does the setup work in other games?

I’ve gotten it to work twice with the same mouse. Seemingly at random. I have a wireless mouse with a dongle that plugs into the console itself. One time it just randomly worked after plugging it in and out a few times. The second time I moved it to a different usb slot and that worked but neither of those tactics have worked a second time. In other games it seems to work just fine (Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, Overwatch, etc.)

It is odd it would only occur in Darktide, and we’re not sure what could explain this admittedly - for troubleshooting purposes are you able to experiment with another mouse or dongle?

I’ll have to get a different mouse when I get paid tomorrow so it will be a few days before I can respond but, I will get back to y’all as soon as I have the opportunity to. Thanks for your help.
