Mouse and keyboard support is not working on console

I’m an Xbox player using a mouse and keyboard support every time I try to use it the mouse cursor doesn’t move it’s stuck on the top left corner and every time I try you to use spacebar just to skip the cutscenes it doesn’t want to work either

Hi! It’s my understanding if using keyboard & mouse on the Xbox, the initial prompts must be completed with a controller. See if you can load in to the hub using a controller, then switch to keyboard & mouse.
