Darktide on Xbox not detecting Mad Catz R.A.T. 6+ mouse (but Logitech works)

Has anyone had this issue in Warhammer 40,000: Darktide on Xbox with mouse detection?

My Logitech mouse works perfectly every time — the game detects it instantly with no problems.

But I specifically bought a Mad Catz R.A.T. 6+ to play Darktide, and for some reason the game just doesn’t detect it at all.

Keyboard works fine, and mouse + keyboard support is clearly enabled since the Logitech works, but the R.A.T. 6+ is completely ignored.

I’ve already tried reconnecting it and testing another mouse, so it really seems like a compatibility issue with this specific model.

Has anyone found a fix for this?
Or does Darktide / Xbox just not support some mice properly?

Yes, that’s why it’s strange, I don’t have this problem in any other game
