They would if they completed legend more frequently, drops rates High AF right now.
Not everyone has more than one competent friend or 400 hours since launch to play…
Doesn’t matter, rerolling before capping out your gear is prolly just a waste of time and resources, you can farm green dust if you really need it but people probably just need to learn better resource management.
opened around 50 of 'em since patch, not a single drop for me (around 20ish emps, rest gens and merchants).
The problem isnt getting useable items well-rolled. The problem is getting all weapons for all characters even acceptably rolled, possibly even multiple copies to test things out with power vs x and crit power. Sure, if you only play one or two characters and have one melee and ranged each, then green dust might be enough for you.
But for the rest of us non one-trick-ponies, green dust is way too rare for being the most common dust. You would think that the quantity would go from high-medium-low for common-uncommon-rare resources respectively. But your screenshot showed the issue quite well, im suprised why you even have to ask why its a problem.
I have every class at at least 30 (+1) in what I consider optimal gear /shrug
Fine. How many hours did you play the game.
275
I rest my case.

I just failed to understand the issue, I have never had a problem with green dust, but I keep seeing posts about it so I wanted to know why.
I think all the threads made valid enough points that there just isnt enough of the most common resource for the vast amount needed to even test things out with hp thresholds.
That makes sense, I have 3 other people helping me test stuff which is prolly why i’ve managed to mitigate my dust usage.
You’re substantially fortunate to have so many reds, which highly negates the need for nearly so much dust.
People will reroll Orange weapons/gear hundreds of times to get perfect rolls they want.
On a red, EVERY roll is perfect, all you need is the right combination.
It looks like the lot of an Ironbreaker lvl 30 who plays in recruit …
Green Dust is just from commendations.
