Whitelist modified reshades to let us have access to depth buffer shaders

i really wanna stream with some path tracing rtx shaders, but currently i cannot with with other players in the same lobby. reshade has a feature that disables some things that use depth buffer when it detects high network traffic. i did a few games with bots and the viewers really loved it

this feature in reshade that turns off the rtx shader is there to stop people from cheating in competetive online games. im using this to make a your pve game look more beautiful. light rays bouncing off of stuff, realistic shadows, etc. i know i can play in the modded realm but i would much rather play in live
