I think we need a time machine, at this point. They spent valuable dev time on Havoc, and now intend to spend yet more valuable dev time FIXING havoc this year. Genius.
Heck why don’t we just spend the next 5 years going one step forwards and two back. Thats sure to bring back the old buyers and entice new ones.
Nah havoc is not a bad thing, since i played nearly 100 35+ havoc match, the auric maelstorm missions became easy, and completed auric storm survivor again, this time was very easy.
Fatshark’s already fumbling the bag with three Branches, unfortunately.
The Long-Las MAY work, but its designers would need to have some “outside of the box” ideas in order to make it work well. Giving the Long-Las a point shooting mechanic like the Ogryn’s 1/2 Heavy Stubber has might be a good way to make it decently viable.
If Fatshark REALLY wants to stick to their guns on the “Ogryn is the Heavy Attack Archetype” schtick, they’ve got to AT LEAST buff the Mobility and Stagger on Ogryn’s 1-Handed Weapons.
Oh, those are always a given! Don’t you worry your head about that. I’d like to go someplace where it’s rainy but isn’t a sewer…
More maps but not lazy **** like rehash of old places like how Spireside-TRS150 or Hab Dreyko-Ascension Riser do.
I don’t care about the tesselated, overly detailed geometry you are wasting your time for. Literally nobody pays attention to them. Just give us a plain map.
Only time I said “damn, they made a good geometry design” was the beginning of the Dark Communion mission’s Lights Out modifier. 20 seconds later I was knee deep in heretics.
Chaos wastes
Hotshot volley gun
Carapace helmet with visor
Proper kasrkin cosmetic set
Shop and cosmetics customisation overhaul #letuspaint
The commissary getting new stock
Ogyrn weapon and skill tree overhaul
New class or subclasses
Auto cannon for ogyrn
Vet skill tree overhaul
Do stuff with the plot
New class/weapons is gonna give me the most replay value and it’s not even close.
Maps are cool and I do want more, but the novelty wears off fast with those considering how long they take to make.
Patch 13 made me go from the 200 hours I had from the first month or two at launch, to the >1k hours I have since 13 came out. Classes carried a ton of that for me.
The (very few) weapon and map additions were just a cherry on top.
Chaos wastes brought me back to VT2 after an extended hiatus and also brought a friend back to it who was basically not interested in playing anymore.
