So who else is disappointed by the fact you can cheese the “Auric Storm Survivor” title?
I’ve seen some people that can barely coordinate the pressing of W,A,S,D in such a fashion as to propagate them in a sensible direction, let alone do 5 Maelstroms without dying. I have either resorted to using “Reject” or nothing at all since they also decided that the other even cooler sounding ones arguably are of filthy blue colour rarity. Reject gang?!

Atoma elite guard at least requires none of the team to have gone down.

Funny that I got my Auric Storm Survivor achievement legitimately because I didn’t know you could cheese it - I wouldn’t have anyways, but 5 missions in a row with Ogryn was enough for me. Had a hiccup on mission #4 where I took fall damage in the comms-plex finale, but thankfully one of my teammates ran all the way to the bottom to pick me up, the legend.
Auric Exemplar is cooler IMO just because nobody’s trying to cheese that as far as I can tell, and I do feel like my accomplishments are totally ruined by the existence of the cheese - now nobody will think I’m cool for being good at video games, they’ll just think I cheated :(
There absolutely is something to be said about sticking with Reject or even just no title at all, though.

Ministarum Guardian is easily the most prestigious title imo. But FS made it… Green?! 
Literally shows you’ve chugged your way through almost all the penances across all archetypes. A true DT veteran.
But no… Let’s make it green.
And yes RE the auric titles. I don’t even acknowledge them lol. Kinda trust people more without them than with them.

Yea i got Auric Storm Survivor legit. Took me a while but i managed it. The idea didnt even cross my mind to force close the game until i was helping my friend get it and he just started closing the game whenever a dog or trapper landed on him. It was really demoralising to see that effort didnt matter when its so easy to cheat it. Now i dont wanna wear it

Yeah reject gang it is. Also yes the only thing you can kind of flex with is the last armour pieces you get at 4500 achievement points since they killed almost all of the hard to get portraits. In VT2 I used no portrait for the longest time so I guess it counts as no title or Reject.

Always a gamble. Either absolute newbs who go down in seconds or 24/7 nerd pro players who dodge and shoot with 100% accuracy.

ahahahaha yeah I kind of know what you mean, but having the starting skin is kind is overdoing it, especially in this game. In other games it’s a bit more believable but a prisoner garbed dude in Auric at level 300+ is a bit ridiculous.
Like I feel you’re trying to convince me of something by wearing that.

I’ve been using Ministorum Seeker on my Zealot, but otherwise I don’t think I’ve changed any. I don’t like the CMs calling us reject so I rejected that one. I wish there were a few more tied to penances though - “Helpful” for sharing ammo boxes on my Nork would play so hard to his personality.

No title for me for similar reasons.
Used to play in a fairly high end fps team that insisted on no titles as it just added visual clutter; kinda gone with that thought process since.

The rarity themes in general really don’t make much sense here. 
Premium skins aren’t even gray (in most games they’re the top 2 highest rarities), many of the coolest free skins are lower rarity, the easiest and earliest titles & insignias are gold while their much harder variants are blue or purple, etc. Like Maelstrom Medallion (50 successful Mael runs iirc) being purple, while iirc both of the gold insignias are way way easier to get.
But at the end of the day no matter what the requirements, it always comes down to grind or premades or both anyway. Let people enjoy their titles. I seriously don’t get why everywhere online and even in-game people need to look down and bully others because of something as pointless as their title. Gamers like their bling, let them have their fun instead of using it as an excuse to be a jerk please.
Me I went with the Archivum Sage the first thing, it’s the only title that resonates with me and my main psykers. 
Took way longer to get than Auric Survivor etc too despite being just blue.

4400 penance achievement title at least means you’re playing with someone that’s been around a bit I’d wager. Nomad sounds sick. Reject is also great.

The true title is having no title at all. ‘Reject’ is obsolete the moment you hit level 30 anyway.

Titles dont matter at all, i just wait and see if the player is good. Titles are irrelevant to skill

This thread was a sh*t post basically, I’m not sure why you’re taking this so seriously. Evidently it doesn’t really matter what title one uses. Not sure where you got the “bullying” part. I do look down upon people that cheese in videogames to try to gather prestige though. You did get that right. But in a serious a fashion as videogames are serious. Which isn’t a very.
Now since you did take me too seriously, I’ll have to clarify that indeed I do not dislike the colour blue.

Ah sorry! I should’ve made it clearer I was responding to the topic and issue at large, not just you. Like I said a lot of people talk about this everywhere and there’re a lot of nasty views there which I wanted to address.
I still don’t like stereotyping ppl because of titles etc. but your words were far from bad nvm anywhere near the worst I’ve seen… definitely not enough to warrant being called a bully or a jerk.
