What is fatshark going to do with them?
Perhaps no one is playing orthus offensive anymore.
the fight with the karnak twins was very aggressive and exciting and very tense and fun.
I would love to fight them again, but as it is now I will not be able to play with random players.
I’m not very familiar with 40k lore so I don’t know if they can make them appear in a different form.
Hopefully fatshark will give us a chance to fight them in some form in the near future.

Karnak Twins will and should remain as they currently are.
And to then introduce new Assignment with named enemies, like how Sefoni spark of various targets that wouldn’t work as generic lords (Boilogis Magos, Eldar Ranger, Branx…)

I like that map a lot. It should be in rotation instead of special mission.

I really wish the Twins ambush would return to normal levels. It was a nice change of pace.

Instead of giving is limited events, “twins” should have become a new enemy type: Captains / Champions of Nurgle whatever. They should randomly spawn on maps with strike teams and have some sort of an objective: seek & destroy the players or defend an objective, like a random map event area. This way they would be adding to the core gameplay instead of wasting Fatshark resources on limited event “bosses”. They could even make captains an auric difficulty modifier, just like Monstrous: “this area is defended by powerful champions of Nurgle blah blah”.

I hope they get reintroduced in chaos waste mode. I think that was the plan.
you would get ambush and all until you have a choice to beat them in boss fight level
otherwise why would they develop content that would be dead in a month

At least one of Morrow’s Morningstar voice lines implies that one of them might still be alive and be able to return as a boss encounter at some point in the future.

Except its not dead. It’s still available to be played.
I didn’t mean it that literally 
V1 could still be played too
same thing could be said to some of DT’s weapons and many blessings, perks.
