In my opinion the Weekly missions need a change.
the highest tier crafting mats collection missions pay more than 8 mission done or kill 1000 Scabs/Dregs, but takes on damnation max 3 missions to be done.
The 16 Grimoire/Tome mission is also to grindy in my opinion. with a maximum of 3 tomes per mission thats at least 6 mission played. And only if ya have a Team that collects them, which isnt guaranteed in a Random group.
Also please remove the melee/ranged modifier. just make it to “kill 1000 Dregs” or “kill 1000 Scabs”
For me its not fun to feel forced to play with melee or ranged, or to have a team for that.
I know many won’t agree with me here, but this is honestly one of the few things about the weeklies, that i actually like.
I find it to be boring, if weekly tasks are all “Literally just play the game. Do nothing differently and you will progress the task at max speed.”
If it was just “kill x scabs” or “kill x dregs”, there would be nothing to it.
But having to kill an enemy in either melee or ranged is also done by just playing the game
It’s just that it can be optimized to be done faster. The opposite is also true, your teammates can make those contracts last longer by killing them “the wrong way”.
Nobody complained that VT2s contracts didn’t have the melee or ranged stipulation.
But that is false because 1000 kills vs 1000 kills in a specific way can only ever be slower.
You’re not wrong in the sense that ranged contracts are faster than melee ones but you can’t directly chose to do either, you have to waste currency to get the one you’d like to do.
True-ish ^^
The only contracts that required specific heros, were daylies and only ever 2 matches as said character.
Nothing about what i said, is false.
1000 kills being faster than 1000 specific kills, is not something that i deny and it has no relevance to what i said.
I did not say that i like the weeklies that require a specific type of kill, because they are faster than they would be if they did not require any specific type of kill.
Why would i ever say that? That would be total bs.
I said that i like them because they offer a way to the player, to purposely play slightly differently in order to speed up the progress.
I also noticed that you meant something else when I read it a 2nd time, mb ^^
Yeah ok this is a weird one to me.
On one hand, yeah this is true because if I chose to do my weeklies more actively, they will be finished faster. This is just true as it applies to everything one can do ^^
On the other hand it’s weird to bring up as when I already have the mindset to do them as fast as possible, why is the melee or ranged stipulation needed? It’s only annoying and has no actual benefit for the player.
Then there’s the whole topic of “it’s not up to you” in the first place, which weeklies you get.
My biggest problems with weeklies is that they are just bad.
There’s nothing real to chase, there’s dumb design elements in them such as the stipulations which your teammates can affect and slow your progress down, changing your weeklies is a massive docket sink for no reason what so ever and there are certain weeklies you cannot roll.
