Vermintide 2 Crashing Mid-Game

Hi,

I need a some assistance with Vermintide 2 which I just purchased tonight through Steam. Whenever I join my buddies game or I host a game either they crash out of my game or I crash mid-way through the playthrough. This happens every single time I join game. I’ve tried multiple graphics settings and confirmed my GPU is not getting above 77 degrees on extreme setting and not getting above 61 degrees on medium setting.

  • I’m currently getting 764 Mbps downloads and 860 Mbps uploads
  • I have the newest Nvidia Driver
  • In game I have small packets turned on and maximum bandwidth
  • I do not have problems with ANY other game on my computer. This is literally the first problem I’ve ever had in the 2 years Ive owned this computer

I’ve attached all my logs and my dxdiag. Please let me know what is going on as it very frustrating to have lost 4 hours worth of playtime due to crashes.

Unfortunately the console logs don’t contain the information I need to see.

Next time, please provide us with a crash report instead - after the crash occurs, a window should be displayed prompting you to enter what you were doing prior to the crash occurring. Once submitted, another window containing a long ‘GUID’ string and an option to ‘Copy to Clipboard’ should be displayed.

I do not get any sort of pop up stating that I have crashed and my crash directory is completely empty. What are my options here because as it stands I cannot play the game.

It’s a shot in the dark, but try lowering your ‘Worker Thread’ count within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu down to 6.
