Sorry to hear this. Your logs show a failure in the connection to Epic’s servers.

Does the issue persist after restarting both your PC and router?

If so, please can you provide a zip of your EAC folder so we can take a look?

  1. Press Windows + R
  2. Enter ‘%appdata%’ and press ‘Ok’
  3. Right-click on the folder ‘EasyAntiCheat’ and select ‘Compress to ZIP file’
  4. Upload the EAC zip to us

hi yes found the problem since my country is banned by epic games i had to use a vpn and now it works
