The UI aesthetic is pretty nice. The UX for the UI in some of the systems (like the penances) could use some improvement.
Fs owe a LOT of thanks to their art department. Such an amazing world they created. I honestly think it’s why I’m quite forgiving of some of the huge gameplay or UI issues. Playing in their world is a lot of fun.
Also the sound guy/team needs a HUGE shout out. The organ music that sometimes plays in the mourningstar puts the hairs up on the back of my neck.
Superb art and sound design throughout (obvious 3rd party cosmetics issues aside)…
The inventory UI is pretty console/mobile design however, and I hate it. You have all this space on screen and they show you 5 weapons at once… out of like the 200 in my inventory right now
