Throwing axe and 'picking up ammo' boons in chaos waste

Throwing axe works inconsistently among three ‘picking up ammo’ boons.

  1. Anath Raema’s Swiftness(deus_ammo_pickup_reload_speed) can be triggered by picking up throwing axes on the ground, cannot be triggered by recalling axe.
  2. Asaph’s Vengeful Rain(deus_ammo_pickup_range_pen) can be triggered by picking up throwing axes on the ground, cannot be triggered by recalling axe.
  3. Ualapt’s Cunning(deus_ammo_pickup_heal) cannot be triggered by any action.
