Hunter's Prowl and Anath Raema's Cruel Volley not interacting properly

If you have the CW boon Anath Raema’s Cruel Volley (+100% ranged dmg, +100% ammo cost/overcharge) and use your career skill as Huntsman, you consume 1 ammo per shot, instead of the 0 ammo that you’d consume without boon, or 2 ammo you’d consume with the boon and without career skill.
the description would have you think it should be 200% of 0, so this seems to be a unintended

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. play CW as Huntsman
2. get the boon
3. press F and start blasting

not tested with the Keep it Coming talend or other ammo/overcharge saving mechanics like Prized Bounty or Deathly Dissipation

Ult gives -100% cost, boon gives +100% cost = normal cost which is 1.

I would say no to this. The ult description says that the ranged weapon does not consume ammunition. That’s zero ammo per shot, and when interacting with the boon, it should be 2x0=0, in my opinion.

Also, I came to create this bug report myself, as it feels absolutely horrible to play huntsman with this boon. It feels like his whole kit is completely negated.
