Issue Description:
Zealot’s grenade on explosion triggers Headtaker blessing (+%power on hit) when equipped on Antax Mk V Axe

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have Antax Mk V Combat Axe with Headtaker blessing T4 equipped as your current weapon
2. Equip and throw a grenade next to an enemy (group of enemies will reach 5 stack quicker)
3. Wait for grenade to explode
4. You have 5 stack headtaker buff icon active in your bottom left corner

3. (Optional) Have feat Frag storm equipped - will help reach 5 stack quicker
4. Equip and throw a grenade next to group of enemies
5. Wait for grenade to explode
6. See Headtaker buff icon active and stacking in your bottom left corner
