Issue Description:
Decapitator blessing not working on the Achlys Mk VIII Combat Axe.
No stacks are built after one-shotting enemies.

Steps to Reproduce:
TESTED ON DAMNATION PSYKHANIUM

  1. light attack a dreg/scab with flak armour for 347 damage to the head
  2. one shot a lighter enemy with a heavy attack (any amount, trying to farm stacks does nothing)
  3. go back and light attack the dreg/scab, damage numbers will not change
    (this also seems to be the case on every other enemy type, but to make sure I was within the blessing duration, I used the nearby scabs)

  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory
  5. Upload here

Can confirm this also affects the Antax, which means it almost certainly affects the Rashad too.
