I’m 185cm or 6’1". It’s safer to assume everyone is short.

Also, I was thinking as I was driving home today that the Mourningstar is in serious need of an asset crunch. For a Hub area there is far too much travelling around in total. If I want to use the Armoury, Melk, or Hadron I need to move quite a distance in game. The entire space is a ton of just wasted space. Then the consmetics are across a grand hallway, and I have a lot of friends who forget that the Psykanium even exists. The mission queue up area is also needlessly massive.

I’m 174cm or 5’9"… I stopped growing when I turned 13

I could apply this to Mourningstar Shortcuts if you’d like?

Hotkeys for PC and all Mourningstar functionality accessible via menu (like penances and the cash shop) for everyone.

Do it up, Warframe lets us decide if we want to use a menu ui or run around our orbiter

Hel yeah! I must admit… I’ve not played Warframe in years

A must have for me would be hub hotkeys and a compendium/bestiary.

I just pop into the Psykhanium whenever I’m waiting on my mates to finish pulling the levers on the slot machines. Now that I’m thinking about it, maybe be able to join each other in the Psykhanium?

I would also like to get loaded into the same instance of the mourningstar when I join my friends’ strike team, not just after a mission.

This part kinda juggles between Compendium and Shortcuts, so I added it to both areas! Thank you for the contribution

Hey, I want all of you guys and gals to know that I appreciate how polite that you’ve all been in this thread so far.

With the current situation on certain… other threads on these here Forums, it’s made me extremely grateful that no one’s just spamming this thread with the same argument. I’m glad that we’re actually getting a productive conversation going and that it’s directly benefitting our feedback to Fatshark.

Other connected threads to this Memorial even have disagreements and yet… you’ve all been extremely polite and productive surrounding them.

Thank you all for that.

That’s because your arguments make sense and pretty much outline what most people expected/wished for when Darktide released.
You generally don’t get shat on if you’re being sensible.

You’re stupid and stinky and I hate you.

Too bad you don’t have any.

Anyhow, I’m going to have a bunch of down time tonight and I want to do a redesign of the Mourning star. I prototype all my stuff on paper then transfer it digitally. Planetside 2 was the last game I cared in the slightest for to do something like this.

I got the dump truck to make up for it >:3

I eagerly await your designs!

I have no idea if this was already covered in the original post, so apologizes in advance. One thing that I really disliked was how the game had different movement controls for when you’re in the hub area. It uses this weird third person control scheme that is awful for me. It makes the game more clunky and awkward to control, since it uses an entirely different movement scheme than 1st person. A solution could be to simply allow the player to toggle between first person or third person at the press of a button.

It doesn’t make much sense that the game is first person but then switches to a weird third person when you’re in the ship.
