Hello to DEVs,

When do you plan to finish the game? When all the players are gone or have moved to other games?

The endgame is terrible:

  • Every hour looking in the store for crappy gear.
  • No rewards after exhausting missions and if it is, it’s junk.
  • The RNG system is completely f*cked.
  • Spending hours and hours in the same levels for nothing and nothing again.
  • A crafting system where we can do nothing at all with in the current state.
  • Performance is crap.
  • The game was released on November 30, 2022 and so far not much has happened except that the game numbers sink and sink.

I have now spent +100 hours in the game and my desire is also sinking more and more.

We just have no progress at all.

Hopefully you come soon to push otherwise I’m also gone for now like many other players.

Makes no fun anymore at this point.

I myself platinumed the game on steam because I like it a lot on its base but I miss not seeing any progress, no road map to know where we are going no crossplay server with my friends on gamepass , no stability correction and essential optimization or craft … I suspect that tencent forced the release of the game before the end of the year but when we see some stupid things like all that I suffered to complete the penances and having correct skins then I look in the store for more beautiful outfits than those in play I lose hope.

Yep. I got all of the characters to 30 and haven’t logged in since.

I have no desire to interact with the flawed gear progression systems, so I’m basically done booting up the game unless some friends want to play or the next class comes out.

I haven’t had the desire to log in at all recently, no real reason to, I’m not even at 30 since why bother leveling a character to 30 if there is no reason to even keep playing once you do?

You may add “gathering resources feels like working instead of playing”.

Worst thing is if you complete your weekly on lvl 20 (get 12 scripts or 5 grims for example) now on lvl 30 it is get 25 and 25 of both. For the same reward if you complete your 5 quests…

probably most devs took their days off during christmas and new year so they most likely don’t even have enough people working on fixxing things,

game released on life support, and the hospital didn’t paid for electricity

For sure I’m understanding they will passes some days with family and some vacancy BUT it’s time to interact.

A game like this MUST have a working RNG and a full working Craft system.

And not livering bit after bit over months.

Nobody are interested to play this game over months for nothing and then starting again if the game is full fonctional.

For me I’m really before to give it up as many others.

All my characters are lvl 30 too and I haven’t logged in since, either. Damn shame. Right now, Darktide feels like the memory of a good vacation where I spent too much time courting a girl that liked me as a friend.

They should keep listening to tryhard sweatlords and keep nerfing the few fun weapons the game has. Im sure that will help with player retention.

The game is not balanced at all, nor weapons, nor classes, its a absolut disaster playing on tier 4-5…

I tend to agree with sentiments in this thread. Ive had zealot maxed but I can’t find the drive to put in the hours needed for Melkie bucks and hanging around or logging in every hour to check the store is a chore.

I could level up the other classes but grinding to 30 isn’t particularly fun either and the end reward will be 4 characters i wont do the weeklies on and i can log in to check the store on 4 characters every hour. Yay?

So I’m kind of in wait and see mode right now. The gameplay is great but everything else holds it back.

I play now times 4 character high and hope that until then what happens otherwise the game is packed aside for now.
