It is baffling that this issue is still ongoing and we have to re-edit the settings ini file every time there is a single patch or hotfix. The game is unplayable with the LOD textures as is (some guns canā€™t be used properly because the sights are a jumbled mess of pixels and you canā€™t see where you are shooting).
