Textures not loading correctly

A lot of the textures seem to not load properly, it looks worse then low settings.
It was the same in the closed beta.
From what I have read it seems to only affect Ryzen CPUs.

I have tried various different things to solve it but to no avail.
No changes seems to help, trying different settings or cpu threads in the launcher, various different drivers, clean installs, different drives, nothing works.

It was in the closed alpha as well maybe because the old system that i am using,can i ask you what is your specs?
