Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to point out several malfunctions after the latest update that were not there before. First of all, I am a Microsoft Game Pass user through which I downloaded your game. Everything was working flawlessly until the last update came. After that, the deterioration of the sound began, which began to chop non-stop, as well as the picture, which deteriorated with the sound in the form of chopping and skipping frames. You can hear it in the video I posted. After a few minutes, everything returns to normal and the game process itself continues normally. this can happen several times during the course of the map. I reinstalled the game several times and turned off mods but the result was always the same. Is the solution to buy the game through Steam and if I do that will I be able to get back my classes that I put a lot of effort and money into cosmetics. Is there a difference between the Microsoft Store and the Steam version of Darktide? And if I buy the Steam version will these sound and picture problems still happen? Please reply because I’m a big fan of your game?
The operating system I am using is windows 10 which was recently installed installed and all drivers are up to date. In terms of hardware, I have 24 GB of RAM, an i5 3.2 processor, a GeForce GTX 1650 with 4 GB of RAM. All graphics settings in the game are on low.
