Hey All, I would like to re-iterate how bad it feels not not to get any weapons/curions from high level missions and make suggestion for loot system.
Dear FS let me make a suggestion on how to improve the mission rewards.:
Let me start with a concept of rewarding players for the challenge as well as time spent in your game. If we can agree it is a reasonable view-point we can continue. I understand you thought that rng shop will cover the loot needs, unfortunately in its current itteration it does not. I can go on as to why, but that is not the main point of this thread. There is also a matter of thrill for getting somethign for your efforts vs. buying something off the shelf, that other players can buy at the same time.
The suggestion is for a 30lvl characters, if this is too strict it can be triggered for example when Melk is intoduced (Trust lvl11) or the base modifiers for weapons can be lower by 3% for every level below 30.
- You get a to select a weapon after every completed mission, from a pool of 1 class specific and 2 general use. Additional rewards can be obtained for secondary objectives and/or monster kills.
- Minimum rarity of the reward is based on difficulty: 5-golden, 4-purple, 3-blue, 2-green, 1-white. Maybe down a tier if you have some expansion plans in mind.
- Base modifiers of weapons depending on difficulty (and player level). For lvl 30 characters, Diff 5; 376+, Diff 4; 375-340, Diff 3; 339- 290; Diff 2; 289 -220; Diff 1; 219
Of course some of that can be also used for Melk items and rng shop, as most of items there are obsolete for lvl 30 Characters due to low ratings. Cannot comment on the hunt for blessings as crafting is still… well being crafted.
