The game is incomplete, unstable, unbalanced, poorly made technically even, given the performance issues.
There’s very little to do in the game other than wait for timers to refresh and repeat a mission that feels like every other mission for the 100th time.
The only thing keeping this game from mostly negative or even worse are the pre-order reviewers that are either still waiting for something to change or have stopped playing already and didn’t bother changing their review, which was made expecting a better product on release.
Dont worry, you can just release an Enhanced Edition! Scrubbing the old edition and all its negative reviews from steam.
It worked for Deathwing - oh wait, it did not.
It’s fun because almost every time a game does this, it just ends up with worse reviews, since you don’t have a honeymoon phase anymore and all the reviews are just burnt players.
Which I’m guessing is the most plausible assumption. I guess their marketologists have the numbers, and the numbers say that a lot of people would first buy the game and then go on the forums to bash it instead of not buying or refunding it. Profit.
