Issue Description:
When either closing the game normally or the game crashed, the steam client gets stuck in either a stopping state or the button to stop the game is available (in-place of play), and if you click stop it changes to a stopping state, but never stops.
The only way to resolve is to restart the steam client

No error, incorrect game state. The Steam client states stopping and never stops. There is no process for Darktide in Task Manager nor any window for Darktide on the taskbar.
Steps to Reproduce:

Press Play on Darktide in Steam.
Close the Launcher without launching game.
Launcher will close
Steam will show Stop where the play button should be, when clicked, it changes to Stopping.
It…never…stops…
Only way to make it stop, is to exit Steam.
