So we always have to buy more premium currency then we need to buy premium stuff. Nice predatory tactic Fatshark. Tought you are better than this. Or maybe it's Tencent? Plus timer for FOMO

Can’t check for another 10 hours, what does the timer do? They haven’t added enough cosmetics to actually rotate through have they?

what little respect FS had from me was lost when I saw that the prices dont match on bundles vs currency purchases

typical free 2 play BULLSHT in a premium priced game

The joke about charging such high amounts for these cosmetics is they are basically using content from artists that have worked on 40k for three decades, just transposing them digitally.

Gotta thank GW for this BS. They’re the ones pushing this into the game :frowning:

I wouldnt put it past GW to actually shove this into the game. If thats the case though…i fear for Space Marine 2 as well…

Seriously though, 2-3 digital skins (24-36 USD) is the price of your average unit box for the tabletop game. That’s a pretty high return on something that can be distributed and infinitely replicated at practically no cost.

Everything that is put into the game goes through GW and requires their approval. From weapons and down to basic frames even. So yea. Thanks GW.

We can thank these ppl why we see these types of things in gaming now.
I know it will still take plenty of time but i really hope eventually the EU legislations catch up to these…

Don’t get me wrong, GW are a predatory company but to what extent can they actually force devs to put things in their games? Seems a bit of a stretch.

Interesting to see that the cash shop is present in all its glory, while (from what I hear) you have to rely on RNG shop rotations/grind to get a shot at acquiring a decent weapon, since the crafting system is still missing.

Oh the priorities.

Look I dont think a paid game should have micro transactions either, (if you can call 20 dollars at least micro) but its whatever I guess. The issue I have is the shop is trash, they do the dumb rotation thing so you get fomo, things are priced oddly so you when buy their currency it doesnt split well. And they do bundles of things that include stuff I dont care about and you cant buy the stuff separate. Its such an awful store all the tricks in the book were pulled and its way overpriced.

Not defending it by any means, but honestly, you don’t have a gun to your head to purchase anything. It is cosmetic, not P2W.

It’s perfectly fine as long as you pay real money (not funny money) and only for cosmetics… like VT2. This stinks.

yeah but instead of adding more cool penance and reward cosmetics all the cool ones will be paid. Its annoying

Also just noticed the fact that those skins cost 2400 aquilas, and you can only buy packs of 2100 or 800% value 4500. Classic :joy:

If we had the full catalogue available for preview and purchase, and the currency packs equalled the prices of items such as full skin packs, I’d be fine with the cosmetic shop. As is? This whale ain’t buying anything.

I already paid 40 bucks for the game, but they go ahead and lock the good looking stuff behind more pay walls. Do not kid yourself, this is predatory in nature.

Yes sir! Especially with how the Hub system is implemented to maximize these cosmetic purchases. I knew something was off when this game had relay/open world hub system similar to Warframe.

For 40 bucks we cant even play the game properly with such bad optimization
