Issue Description:
Seems like Skullcrusher weapon blessing doing nothing, i recently rolled an interesting bully club and tryed what it does compared my previous one and the results are disappointing… As you see in the pic below the grey 1 indicating the target are affected by stagger, weirdly Skullcrusher applies 8 stack but those stack are doing nothing…
