It makes 0 sense that the “free use of your skill” passive is consumed after the actual cooldown. So now, if I want the benefit of consuming Radiance I’m forced to use my career skill twice. It’s counter intuitive and is genuinely baffling that the “free use coupon” isn’t consumed first.
