"It seems users of the More Hats workshop mod have been getting their accounts bricked. We are not exactly sure how this is happening yet, but we have banned the mod from the workshop and contacted the mod creator.
We are currently investigating the issue and hope to have a fix as soon as possible. As it’s Friday afternoon though it’s not unlikely that the mod will stay banned over the weekend.
If you think you have gotten your account bricked by this, make a ticket at fatsharkgames.com/support so our support team can help you.
If you have the mod already subscribed you will likely still be able to use it, but we would advise against it. The banning itself is mainly a precaution to stop new accounts from being bricked. As soon as we have resolved this we will unban the mod.
Thank you for your patience. "
Has anyone been a victim of these and care to share?
edit: Mistaken identity. We have now removed the correct mod. Sorry about that Aussiemon.
It seems users of the Give All Hats And Skins workshop mod have been getting their Vermntide 2 accounts bricked. We are not exactly sure how this is happening yet, but we have removed the mod from the workshop and contacted the mod creator
bricked in this case meaning your account is rendered unplayable on either realm, likely by some glitch between the mod and inventory verification system
Actually some people did. I argued with them and made the point that “games should be first and foremost fun” and they responded with stuff like “it’s not in the lore , it shouldn’t be like that , it just looks stupid.” These people were a fraction of a minority when most people saw my horny slayer they’d say OH WOW COOL ; HOW DID U DO THAAAT?? ; lol wat. Mainly positive remarks of people being impressed or just finding it to be funny . https://imgur.com/a/rSILlXG
With the proportion differences with Bardin and other hero’s hats i didn’t think there were any good cross character combinations for him, but damn, that looks pretty sweet
that’s likely why the More Items Library mod was made probably with the guidance of FatShark to solve such “problems”
serves as a modders’ resource for adding temporary vanilla and custom items to a player’s inventory. Eventually, it will also handle making these items display only to mod-using players in the trusted realm. This change would prevent custom item mods from impacting the experiences of unmodded players, a likely condition of sanctioned custom item mods.
