During the lead-up to the Path of Redemption update, the following was stated.
None of the new penances have been marked as completed for me, despite meeting the requirements (especially obviously with the ‘complete map on Damnation’ penances, but also present with all the new ability penances).
Please fix this game.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Play game for several hundred hours, experiencing all maps and all classes.
None of the new aura, keystone, new blitz and new ultimate penances. None of the specific mission completions by difficulty. Chest opened, attacks dodged/interrupted, books retrieved, etc.
I assumed they didn’t have tracking for any of that, the mission completion tracking was only by mission type.
So, it seems like they had much less data/metric tracking than previously thought. Doesn’t bode well for all the “Fatshark has all the data,” arguers.
Normally I wouldn’t make a big deal of this. It’s just how it is.
But Fatshark made the claim, Fatshark apparently has comms on some in-triplicate approval process to make sure they don’t make claims they can’t back up, so Fatshark should deliver.
Well, we got the ‘acknowledged’ tag of ‘stop bothering us’. Progress, at least.
