Penance Completion not working

Issue Type (Required): Penances Issue Description (Required): During the lead-up to the Path of Redemption update, the following was stated. None of the new penances have been marked as completed for me, despite meeting the requirements (especially obviously with the ‘complete map on Damnation’ penances, but also present with all the new ability penances).
