Whats the reqson for not having scriptures and grimoires available on every map? Its a bit tedious now with all these penances that weren’t retroactive

When it comes to scriptures I’m quite sure I have completed it 4 times over if not more.
I remember times when Melk quests required 25 scriptures and I’ve completed this contract multiple (more than 5) times before it was downgraded to 16.
Also from time of that downgrade I’ve completed one such quest every week with exclusion of full month of August 2023 and last 2 weeks before this patch.

I mean, “collect grims and scrips” has to be the most rerolled weekly there is (for anyone who still cares about those). I see no harm in adding them to all maps, other than maybe having to deal with those people who think grims make the game too hard.

People complained about players taking grims at higher difficulties. You could probably find some old posts here. I think that was before auric board.
Some of us liked the challenge and it was something Ogryn was good at. You still had the option to get to them first and chuck them if your team was a little subpar
No… The reward for doing it is a spit in the face.
Doing an Auric damnation with grim’s, here’s your 302 weapon with garbage perks and blessing, which will immediately be turned into OD, so you can spend it on another 302 grey RNG garbage, which you then again sell for OD reward, so you can then spend on incomplete cosmetic sets.
Anyway who does grims and scriptures has a bit of a brain malfunction…
Oh and as for “Sire Melk’s Requisitorium”… whoopie doo an extra 300 Requisitorium Coins a week if you choose to do it…
F the RNG BS in this game… It’s an insult…

Difficult is fun. If you’re doing it for the rewards, you’re doing it wrong.
The crafting system being garbage isn’t relevant to my views on grims.

you get penances and cosmetics for grims now. There is no longer an excuse to complain about no rewards. It’s about time people suck it up or leave and go play a non grimoire mission instead of throwing hissyfits about it

And incomplete cosmetics that don’t have matching backpacks, headgear, weapon skins…
Because they want you to pay £11 for one complete set for one class, cause they treat you like mugs and people fall for it.

im all for books in auric maelstrom, so far the pendulum of player skill was either an early whipe no matter conditions or a breeze through where books wouldn’t have made a difference.
add grims to the new gas modifier and pick a health stim every 3 meters, you wont even notice they’re there.
since i don’t play anything below auric maelstrom for ages, i cant even remember last time i picked a book

Too many people play the harder difficulties just to yield higher crafting resources.
It’s gotten to a point where I know casual players playing the hardest difficulties just to craft.
This is why the crafting complainers will bring their issues into any conversation.
