Cosmetics are deliberately not complete, so people buy the complete sets from the ship with Aquilla’s at £11 a pop.
They know people like complete set of gear to wear, so don;t provide any unless you pay for it.
If it wasn’t cynical, then what would be the issue with a full cosmetic outfit in game, that can buy with Dockets?

You understand that the “rewards” are the issue and not idea of Grims.
Seeing as I have played V2 and had no problem with the idea of the mechanic.
Just tired of games companies rewarding players with garbage for their time and effort.
If you enjoy doing grim’s for the challenge, enjoy it, it doesn’t stop the fact that the whole reward system throughout the entire game a p**s in the face to gamers.
