Tracking for Flawless Execution appears broken/reset

I had 6 of the ten Malice missions required for Flawless Execution to be completed before the Path to Redemption update dropped, according to both Steam and the penance board. I have completed more than 4 missions since then without being downed, but the tracker has not updated and the penance is not completed - it’s still stuck at 6. Either the game only records your ‘best attempt’ and got reset with the new update or it’s failed to update properly.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Play Malice difficulty missions multiple times with a partially completed penance. See 0 progress.

Same here, I got up to 7/15 before losing my streak on veteran, so I switched over to zealot and the counter is stuck at 1/15.

Well, it was only ‘reset’ for me. Once I got more than 6 missions done it started updating again, and I managed to complete it.
