Ok, yes. Just posted about this. Getting real sweaty about completing Flawless Execution (3)
and potentially encountering some of the other bugs I’ve heard / seen of getting smashed through the map ruining this before this issue is resolved.
Issue Description:
After earning Flawless Execution 2 (10 missions not being downed) on 13 NOV 23, after applying the patch the following day, Flawless Execution 3 (15 missions not being downed) showed zero progress.
After completing five additional missions at the requisite difficulty, Flawless Execution 3 was not obtained as of 15 NOV 23.
