In my experience, everyone just votes ‘no’ to spite people who do call kick votes for dumb stuff.
I wouldn’t link it to player level, that’s for sure.
Terrible idea. Number of games played has absolutely nothing to do with skill level. And thanks to the double XP weekend there are many level 30 players out there who still don’t know how to ping enemies and other basic game concepts.
