I brought the game and i was just able to play only 20/30 minutes with 3050 laptop gpu. I wanted to refund the game but game didnt closed after the alt/f4 and i didnt noticed this. After i did it was 6 hours on steam but i swear to God i didnt play the game that much, it was only around 20 minutes because i cant play 20 Fps thats why i wanted to refund. Could yall please accept my refund from steam

Steam would make sense but if that failed most refund request are done in “Technical Support” threads can edit your topic to them… but also…

steam will 99% sure refund stuff like this if you put in a couple manual refund requests. it depends on what kind of person ends up reading it so you might need to be a little persistent so multiple people at steam see it, one of them will see reason
