Hello,
I would like to request a refund for Warhammer 40,000 Darktide.
Although Steam shows around 6 hours of playtime, I only actually played the game for about 20 minutes. The reason for the extra recorded playtime is that after stopping, I didn’t realize the game had not fully closed even after pressing Alt+F4, so it remained running in the background.
During the short time I played, I experienced very low FPS which made the game unplayable for me. I was not even able to finish the prologue, which can also be seen from my progress and achievements. This is why I genuinely did not realize the game had remained open for so long—I clearly did not spend those 6 hours actively playing.
I also mentioned this issue in the game’s general discussion forum, and some users suggested that explaining the situation through technical support might help clarify the reason for the recorded playtime and support my refund request.
