Rapier's push attack prevents switching to ranged weapon

Unfortunately this bug has existed for a while. I’m guessing it’s low on the priority list or a difficult one to fix. It was reported here as well: Rapier Push Attack Weapon Swap Delay. I think the issue reported here Weapon Special Input Issue is related.
