I do agree with health levels, I do not personally find it fun to have to suddenly need to hit an enemy in the head 8 times instead of 4 just cause difficulty went up. It just feels a bit cheap.
But if an enemy is designed to be a hurdle then I have no issues with it. I noticed the game’s enemy types are a bit, I do not know what to call it actually, stereotyped?
Shooters will burst you down but as soon as you get close, they’re all more or less dead, same with melee, keep em at a distance or learn their patterns and even a group of Crushers feels more like a wall you have to keep hitting, dodge the wrong way or miss the animation clues, then you get killed. But instead of making us learn and adapt to more of these clues, they just put in 2 more Crushers alongside lol.
But yes like I said this might just make both sides of the playerbase happy, but it is quite a bunch of work I imagine. They did already do it though in a way with Vermintide 2 when they added a whole new faction that behaved differently. It’s not exactly what I want, but it’s in that line of thought so to say.
Here’s a concept for one, off the top of my head:
Scab Squad Leader
A more aggressive Scab Elite with a Sword and Laspistol. Their role? Commanding and buffing their Squad.
Squads will contain up to a maximum of 20 Enemies, with up to 16 Scab Shooters/Scab Stalkers, and up to 4 Scab Ranged Elites.
That is the sentiment we all share.

This is a good idea and most of the model is already in the game. They could also have a mechanic where if they’re killed fast they could briefly suppress their squad, making it a good target for Vets for example.

I have the Havoc penances done, but I rarely play it anymore. I just want to quickplay instead of using the party finder or Discord, so I play Auric.
Also it should be said, if Fatshark has been spending this year prepping something like what @Bulanskovich outlines, I will owe them an apology for taking them to task on not putting out enough stuff.

I’m curious why they didn’t include the commander from the communication event in the base game. It would be the simplest thing ever; just have him do the same thing as the banner bearer in Vermintide 2.
Just played a CIVI maelstrom with a friend where I was only allowed to deal damage with the dog, I can do anything except deal damage as Arbitrator.
