I would assume the answer is yes, but any idea/indication of whether or not the modifier stats on emperor gifts are being affected by difficulty and modifiers?
Also, any changes to modifier stats in Melk’s inventory, or is it the same there as well?

it is now tied to your performance, which i would have to assume means the range for anything but damnation with scrips probably still has a fair amount of cruft in it. at least now you can feed them to the blessings inventory and maybe advance a side character’s progression.
With having the stat distribution so abysmally low in the brunt shop, yeah, you will have to play for weeks and weeks to earn enough dockets to buy the hundreds or even thousands of weapons to have enough good ones to upgrade and hope to get good blessings.
Chances are the collect [resource] contracts disappeared, because resources themselves disappeared at release for some time and were only re-introduced later.
This is looking like a really solid update overall. I still can’t say that I think the crafting system is well designed, but it’s at least decent and a huge step forward from what we had. Still have to tinker around a bit, but first impressions are good.
Spent 4.6 million ordo dockets to get a >370 modifier chainsword with the stat distribution I wanted.
Then concecrated it and it got 2 utter sh*te blessings and I can only replace one.
Why? Why can I only replace one? What is the logic behind that? It genuinely makes me just want to stop playing. So what is it Fatshark thinks this gains them? How would me being able to replace both ruin this plan for them?
This is exactly the problem with the itemization and the locking of perks and blessings. FatShark have chosen to listen to exactly zero of the overwhelming feedback, and are doubling down on making the RNG lottery as terrible as possible. It is nearly unbelievable how incompetent, malicous and predatory they have to be, to stick to their guns on this.
This patch brings in a couple systems that should have been there at launch, while putting some lipstick on the RNG and hoping no one notices it’s still absolutely hateful towards their players.
Edit: The fact that you had to spent that much to get ONE weapon with the stat distribution you wanted, also shows that the entire concept of Brunt shop is a scam. Yeah, it let’s you actually get a weapon when you unlock it, unlike previously where you could go weeks without seeing it - but it is in no way meant to give you worthwhile items. That will still only come from the two completely lottery shops, armory and Melk. Oh, and whatever random purple item you get for completing a damnation mission.
Except the Rashad that is not yet fixed (and so useless, please don’t use this axe), I am personally satisfied:
The increase of the materials is welcomed
The costs for the crafting have been lowered, again this is welcomed
The shared blessings library is a great thing (I was in favor of this, nice that you listened to this)
Armoury set is really a great addition that I asked and thanks for this
Mission board… good to get more missions. Now please make them that they could have any existing conditions
they have let the shop… and that’s really a good point
Now what annoys me (except the Rashad…)
Interface for the weapons… What happened? a beer has fallen on all code pages and you had deleted the code of the interface???
They removed ways to sort the weapons… now it is difficult to find what we want
a possibility to sort between weapons type, would be great (combat axe, lasgun etc…)
a possibility to sort by modifiers rate would be great also
the 2 sorts you allowed us… seriously, rethink what you did
The interface itself, the gold color to highlight what is selected is ugly
QoL speaking:
when you extract a blessing, the screen come back like if you had just opened the window… so you cannot do mass work… this is really confusing. Let the window fixed where we were
when you sell a weapon… the focus change to the next weapon (good) but the window move high and so when you sell lot of weapons the window is not fixed where at first you positioned it
When you refine a perk… MY God WHAT DID YOU DO??? we asked the possibility to be able to choice the perk when we reached the 0 cost… not more annoyances!!!
I bought 20 autoguns. Ended up with only 2 at 360+. Everything else dipped pretty low with the majority of them being between 310-330. But, as I said, that was 20 weapons and I just may have had bad luck.
the issues you posted i already reported it to the dev. It is a intended feature per the dev post so I don’t think it will be fixed sadly.

They were talks of a attachment system late in developement and some elements that sugest that it was in the work (like the fact that the bot uses a unmodified lasgun for exemple) (like may 2022) so it was in the pipeline but disapeared of the radar at release,probably to meet the deadline.
