It can easily take hundreds of thousands of dockets to get a single weapon of acceptable rolls to upgrade, and then often you get shafted on upgrades and have to do it again. It took me slightly over a million to get a “good” not even god rolled Rashad axe, and this is a weapon with a lower pool of blessings. Either brunts armory needs to actually roll higher gear more frequently, a drastic price decrease, a drastic increase in dockets, or actually remove the locks (though I doubt this last one will happen). All of these things combined is an absolutely ridiculous level of grinding

No lock removal, no modifier upgrades, no learning of blessings of choice.

Well Brunts was an extremely malicious add, considering it was months after a weapon pack where it could have actually been useful and does nothing for the complaint of people looking for gear. It also meant them nerfing Peddler, as if that horrible system could be worse.

It was a great advancement at the time. I think you forgot how the game was at relase.
You had one chance every hour to have the pre-made shop spit out the thing that you wanted.
And melk bucks were a lot harder to come by, too.
And Emperor’s Rewards were not a regular thing but had something like a 20% chance of dropping.
Nowadays we are pying for the perfect Blessing / Trait combo.
In the beginning we were lucky to get that Dagger we wanted.

When it happened yeah, I was mad that the signal update happened when I was busy with work, and then traveled for the holidays. I didn’t get a Crusher over 330 rating until mid January, and I was using a cope p maul for months too.
