Option to have balance team

I do think it should be an option.

Or as in Vermintide 2, to have the option to view the lobby’s classes (characters) and perhaps be invited to switch to a different one to fullfil the role?

Or even offer a slight bonus to XP/money if you play this or that role, depending on the moment-to-moment make-up of the player base (in your region/server, etc.)
