So i play on laptop and my spec is:
4070 8gb
i9 13900h
16gb RAM

  • Can annyone help me with optimize setting cuz i lowest all setting with 1920x1200 and still not reach 60FPS? (no framegen just upscale put too auto)
  • i dont want to framegen on cuz it was horrible for latency and some time it down to 40 in framegen i dont get it?

Are you sure the game isnt using the CPU integrated graphics?

Some things about your specs:

The laptop 4070 isnt anywhere near the desktop 4070 in performance. Its closer to the desktop 4060. Its also very power limited by being in a laptop and has to share that smaller power budget with the CPU. Hope you’re not doing low settings but with RT.

This can also be different between different laptop manufactures who may limit the power even more and add less cooling to make a laptop thinner. Depends on what brand you have.

Some laptop manufactures also add a lot of bloatware which drags down performance more.

16gb RAM. It might be enough as long as you never multitask but you know.

You won’t escape having to turn framegen turned on I’m afraid.

Which is kinda insane, because before the Hive scum patch a 10700 with 2070 could run the game without a Framegen

I bought a 12400f with a 3060 TI upon the launch of the game, which was enough for 80-100 FPS at that time.

Enter havoc density, add blight / rotten particles, sprinkle forced win11 conversion on top, I ended up looking at sub 30FPS dips.

Now I have a ryzen 9700X with a 9070 XT, and I’ll still go down to 50ish during havoc hordes with blight and or rotten without framegen. Particle density will eat your FPS no matter the rig, my guess, it’s not the patch itself, but the added toxic chem particles.
