(OLD) KNOWN ISSUE: internal_error / Error Code: 2007

Issue Description: From between 2-10minutes I get disconnected and get Internal_error and I’m put back to character select. I can reconnect without issue but sometimes it happens every few seconds at worst

Steps to Reproduce:
Doesn’t seem to have exact steps that cause it, just happens whether im in lobby, stood still, running around etc. No common causes.

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names

  1. Press the Windows key + R

Whenever I try to start a game, I will be dissconected within 2 to 10 seconds of starting the loading screen. There will be a red message stating “Disconected from server : internal issue”

have had over 70 disconnects now… its unplayable

I have was able to play one match and have Disconnected from server : Internal Issue constantly and cannot get into a match let alone play one to completion. I was zealot. My brother trying to play has the same issue.

Also wanted to send you to this page was I think this is the issue. KNOWN ISSUE: Backend Error

Issue Description:

Steps to Reproduce:
Crashed during “I am a warrior” cutscene, haven’t been able to play since. IF I manage to get through to the hub area, I hear some radio chatter and am able to walk ten steps then I disconnect again.

Waited for service to be restored and I’m still unable to “play” for longer than a couple seconds.

Update: I connected to a VPN in Dallas (I am in Denver) and I have remained in game for over two minutes.

Same problem with me.

Same issue here. Even if i do get to load into the mourningstar right when i load into a mission it disconnects me automatically with the same internal_error

To be clear Julia I had gotten through the prologue before this had happened, only kicked me out after trying to enter the meeting Inquisitor cutscene

Lucky, furthest I’ve gotten is cutscene walking about five steps

Yup exact same thing for me. First disconnect was during that cutscene. The cutscene audio kept playing but when i reconnected it would load me into the mourningstar. Not sure if this helps

I even tried to make another character, didn’t fix it

I’ve faffed with a few different things now, gonna try deleting the folder in appdata n see if that does anything
