Issue Description:
Ogryn’s melee weapon over head attack got weak weakspot damage other than Flak armor. By any chance, is it a bug? First time I don’t think it’s a bug, but it feels weirder and weirder when I use these weapons. Especially, I should aim shoulder other than head when I kill Scab Bruiser. I mean overhead attack is usually for headshot to maximize the damage in VT2.

Flak armor has 15% weak spot bonus damage, which is not good, but fair since base damage is high, but to other armor types, it’s just 3% (7% to infested)
Which is strange since Krourk Cleavers light attacks slightly more diagonal strike have good weak-spot damage bonus
