Currently it gives us 10% damage resistance per bleeding enemy around us in melee range and stacks up to 5 times. This is a great feat. This can be bleed put on an enemy by anyone. However, Most enemies that you or others put bleed on are dying almost instantly so the up time for the feat is almost nonexistent. It needs to have a 5 second timer on it before it drops off once all the bleeding enemies around you are killed to give you a chance to keep it going. If we get it to 5 stacks, it should stay there until the 5 seconds are over. What’s the point of the feat when it fluctuates so much that the game even has a hard time changing the number on the HUD to match it?
