Toughness regen delay Ogryn and Melee Regen Grenad gauntlet

So as i Understand it and how it works on other Classes. The Toughness Regen is Constant.
However on Ogryn when you stack it with Lynchpin, it stops when the Lynchpin stops when getting hit.

The DELAY IS WAY WAY TOO LONG.

I dont get any regen at all. IM not even sure if the Regen i have on Curio really stacks on Top

So please lower the Delay drastically or make it constant. its 5secs or more and that is like i said too much. Its so freakin hard to get a Weapon with toughness regen and a good one at that.
Shield is fun, but sometimes you want to try out other Weapons aswell.

With GrenadeLaucnher Gauntlet you do not regen Toughness when getting Kills at all.
Should work aswell if even possible
