Just use Bloodthrist on Ogryn and make someone bleed. It’s not on HUD so I can’t tell if it’s even working or not.

Don’t need. Just play the game and hit any enemies as an Ogryn with Blood and Thunder and Bloodthrist perks on. You can stack it 5 times and you never now how much you have since there isn’t a HUD icon for it.
