Ogryn Bloodthirst Feat show the wrong icon

Issue Description:
It appears that the Feat Bloodthirst, which can stack 5 times, show up as the Die Hard Feat.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play any mission or Psykhanium
  2. Use the Blood & Thunder Feat and the Bloodthirst Feat
  3. Heavy Attack any enemy
  4. Die Hard Icon show up instead of the Bloodthirst
